He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Rawl and Mamie Rawl (Williams); and his sister Carol Bellew. He is survived by: his wife Frances Anne Rawl (Luczkowski); his children, Mark L. Rawl, Joe M. Rawl (Tina), Terri F. Strupp (Mark) and Jessica S. Kirk (Brian); his brother Allen Rawl; his grandchildren, Emily Rawl, Taylor Rawl, Sarah Strupp, Heather Wilson, Brandon Kirk and Tyler Kirk; and his great grandchild Elijah Rawl.
