He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Noon and Dorothy Noon (Hemelt); and his sister Mary Colleen Warner. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Weikert Noon; his daughters, Nicole Noon Winchester (John Mattew) and Kathleen Frances Noon; and his siblings, Charlene Noon Fluster and George James Noon.
