It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin F. O'Connor (Bel Air, Maryland), born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on May 21, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Freida Higgins and Hersel Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Courtney of Bel Air, Maryland, Katelyn of Bel Air, Maryland and Sean of Bel Air, Maryland; his parents, Ann O'Connor and Skilly O'Connor of Elmira; his sisters, Fiona O'Connor (Ron Norman) and Lindsey O'Connor; his brother-in-law Doug Fastuca; his niece Sophie Fastuca of Malvern, Pennsylvania; and also, David, Annie Higgins, Alex, Kimmy, Michael Higgins, Sharon, John Fava, Christina, Raymond, Anthony and Rachel. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
