It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Lloyd of Bel Air, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on April 24, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Judy leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Judy may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Deckelman and Elizabeth Deckelman (Burgan); and her sisters, Freda Fahey, Joan Rita Eader and Elizabeth Brooks.
She is survived by: her close friend Roy Warren Lloyd, Jr.; her children, Marcia Perry (Michael), John Klein III and Brian Klein; and her brother George Deckelman. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
