He was predeceased by: his wife Rebecca Cook Scarborough; and his parents, Dennis Scarborough and Ruth Scarborough. He is survived by: his sister Gail Jones (Danny Jones).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Dublin United Methodist Church (1528 Whiteford Rd, Street, MD 21154).
