She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Joseph Carlton and Lillie Mae Carlton; and her siblings, Casaline Lewis-Bey, Leroy Carlton, Lillie Carlton, Thomas Carlton, Chailie Carlton, Jacinla Carlton, Arthur Carlton, Gary Carlton and Glen Carlton.
She is survived by: her husband Kevin "Dilly" Wragg; her children, Niinoy Carlton, Jermaine Carlton and Shanlell Carlton; her grandchildren, Brian Brooks, Joshua Carlton, Kwen Carlton, Chanel Carlton, Daniesha Stewart, Sliarmaine Chandler, Jermia Carlton, Charily Carlton, Jasmine Carlton and Bianca Carlton; her nephew Donshey Blackwell; and her siblings, Wayne Carlton, Robert Carlton, Terry Carlton, Fannie Carlton, Karen Darby and Darlene Keys. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great- nephews, and a host of family and friends.
A wake was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Joseph H. Brown Funeral Home (2140 N Fulton Ave, Baltimore, MD 21217). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location.
