She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Gunderson; her sons, Edward Riefler (Diana) and Robert Bruce; her grandson Jon Riefler (Megan); her great grandchildren, Eliza, Elliot and Joey Riefler; her nieces and nephews, Carol Ford, Leslie Cammarata (Ray) and Steve Cammarata (Denise); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Essien, Sami, Kate, Ray, Jared, Luke and Matthew.
She is survived by: her close friend Gale Yount.
A memorial service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Eline Funeral Home (11824 Reisterstown Rd, Reisterstown, MD 21136).
In lieu of flowers, the family would like for donations to be sent to Maryland SPCA or American Heart Association in honor of Elaine.
