He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Lowe and Isabel Maddox Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Diane King; his children, Lisa, Bill Jr. (Sonja), Chris (Dana), Jon (Stacey) and Michael; his grandchildren, Madison, Rebecca, Christopher, Anna, Lucy and Jude; his great grandchild Ivy; and his brother Robert (Cheryl).
