He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Perkins and Rosemary A. Perkins. He is survived by: his siblings, Mark Perkins (Debra) of Annapolis, MD, Cathy Kehoe (Jim) of Middletown, MD, Jack Perkins (Frances) of Newport, RI, Kristie Minor (Tim) of Southport, NC, Kellie Hefferon (Steve) of Rockville, MD and Anne Brauch (Tom) of Germantown, MD; and his nieces and nephews, Joe Minor (Michelle), Brad Kehoe (Aline), Chris Perkins, Rex Kehoe, Scott Minor (Carly), Jonathan Brauch, Tyler Brauch (Michelle), Jamie Minor (Bre), Thomas Brauch, Joseph Brauch, Emily Rushing (Nathan), Allison Shriner (Mike), Jessica Vieira (Luan), Melissa Long (Elliott), Kelsey Depin (Tim) and Jessica Hefferon. He is also survived by 17 great-nieces and nephews.
