We bid farewell to Mary K Parkinson of Annapolis, Maryland, born in Shepherdstown, West Virginia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 6, 2024 at the age of 92. Mary touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter E. Herr, Sr. and Rosemary Cavalier Herr; her husband Harold R. Parkinson "Parky"; and her brothers, Walter E. Herr, Jr. and Jacob M. Herr.

She is survived by: her daughters, Patti Deterding (Chris) and Sarah Anderson (John); her grandchildren, Amy Noll (Scott), Steve Deterding (Heather), Jim Deterding (Laura), Sean Anderson and Nicholas Anderson; and her great grandchildren, Gus, Kathryn Noll, Grace, Leah, Avery, Jane, Evelyn Deterding, Kazmier, Leanna and Colette Deterding.
