Bias, Jr.; his son-in-law Charles Fuller, Sr.; and his siblings-in-law, James Brandford, Morris Pindell, Eugene Walker, James Pindell, Jerry Tongue, Alvin Bowman, Sr., Rose Marie Taylor and Henrietta Boggs.
He is survived by: his friend Clarice Constance Tongue; his children, Schwanna Bias Otey (Roland), Howard C. Bias, Jr. (Durvie), Tamla L. Bias, La-Chelle R. Bias and Terri D. Bias Fuller; his grandchildren, LaTonya R. McKinney (Darrell), Terrence A. Jackson, Tameka N. Bias and Tiana D. G. Bias; his great grandchildren, Deon McKinney, Dezmond McKinney, Darrell McKinney, III, Davion McKinney, Zion Jackson, Brian Jackson, Jeremiah Jackson, Teresa Ann Jackson, Francis Dent, Jr. and Zaiya Dent; his great great grandchild Milena Eleasé-Clemenzi McKinney; his siblings, Barbara J. B. Bowman and William W. Bias (Monica); his close friend Ethel Thompson; and his siblings-in-law, George Pindell (Nola), Stanley Tongue, Sr. (Charlotte), Reginald Tongue, Barbara Walker, Mary Edith Griffin, Catherine Poole, Rose Marie Allen (Marvin) and Margaret Beans (James). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, adopted children and grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
