He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Petzrick and Viola Petzrick (Cale); his wife Mimi; his siblings, Lieutenant Colonel Willie F. "Pete" and Lucille Schmirler; and his brothers-in-law, James Schmirler and Wilfred Young.
He is survived by: his child Major Paul Arthur "Kip" Petzrick, Jr.; his sister Dorothy Young of Colfax, WI; his grandchildren, Paul L. Petzrick, Samantha Chinn (Eric), Jessica Serafine (Jerel), Joshua Petzrick, Lieutenant Steven Anderson, Jr., U. S. Navy (Carly), Jennifer Anderson, Stephanie Barker (Marty), Taylor and Tracy Grollman; and his great grandchildren, Max Chinn, Penelope Chinn, Elora Chinn, Liliana Barker and Kyleigh Barker.
