It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip M. Gray Sr. of Woburn, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 3, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Alice D. "Nancy" Gray (Cusack); his parents, Henry Gray and Phyllis Gray (Reardon); and his sibling Thomas Gray. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Phil's memory to the VA Bedford Healthcare System CDCE (135), 200 Springs Road, Bedford, MA 01730.
