He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Francisca Paatan Bagayao; his child Confrey of Wilmington; his wife Julie Margarette Beang Bagayao; his child Dishan Bagayao of Wilmington; and his siblings, Florence "Yapeng" Egsaen (Francis), Warren "Ducayag" (Kathlene) and Dolores "Michelle". He was also cherished by loving extended family as well as many caring friends.
Richard's deep integrity and commitment to excellence showed through in his career as a teacher at Baguio Colleges Foundation, Baguio City, Philippines and as a Radiology Technician at Faulkner Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts.
