She is survived by: her children, Jared M. Jacobs (Kassandra J. Miner) of Whitinsville and N. Dakota; her grandchildren, Mason, Audrey, Violet, Jamison, Jace and Wren; her siblings, Kevin E. Milkman of Raphine, VA, David J. Milkman, Barbara A. Spezzaferro of Orleans, MA, Amy J. Amaral of Sutton and Ellen S. Agro of Mendon; and her former husband James Jacobs. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
