He was predeceased by: his parents, Emile and Mary (Roy); and his siblings, Roland, Armand Blondin and Dolores Stefancyk of Northbridge.
He is survived by: his children, David Blondin (Jacqueline) of Boylston, John Blondin (Cynthia) of Punta Gorda, FL and Linda Brown of Douglas; his grandchildren, Sherry, David Jr., Shawn and Melanie; his great grandchild Krystal; his great great grandchild Archer; and his sister Elizebeth "Betty" Kotzen of Millbury.
