He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Clark (Stanick); his sons, Matthew S. Clark (Misty) of Whitinsville and Brian M. Clark (Kelly) of Thompson, CT.; and his grandchildren, Sam, Ben, Natalie and Gavin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and many close friends.
