He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Kazarian and Grace Kazarian (Kinoian); his brother Richard Kazarian; his aunts, Grace (Harry Kazarian) and Betty Donabedian; and his caregiver George Taylor.
He is survived by: his aunt Gladys; his uncle Jerry Lujan of Tucson, AZ; his cousins, Michael, Christopher, Brian Donabedian (Judy) of Auburn, Taylor, Karen Riccardi and Mark Donabedian; his daughter Eliza of Worcester; his close friends, Alan Dean, Marvin Flye and Leo Sabapino; and also, Stephanie, James and Andrew.
