Lyons-Lempert (Thomas) of Worcester, Alan M. Lisak (Ann) of Holliston and Michael J. Lisak (Lisa) of Douglas; her grandchildren, Jennifer A. Lisak, Lauren E. Lisak, Sara Beth Lyons, Emma J. Lyons and Eric M. Lisak; and her son-in-law David C. Lyons. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
