He was predeceased by: his parents, Poonamchand Shah and Shanta Shah (Malani). He is survived by: his wife Nila Vasant Shah (Kothari); and his children, Sweta Mepani (Chetan Mepani) of Westwood, MA and Brinda Kiralani (Kamal Kirpalani) of Cambridge, MA.. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great-grandchild and leaves his extended family and many dear friends.
