He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ann Margarett Flanagan and Robert Woods of Cambridge; his brother Walter Woods of Waltham; his children, Kimberly Woods of Everett, Tara of Everett, Tracey Woods of Everett and Michael Malvesti (Sabay) of Lowell; his grandsons, Caleb and Blake Malvesti; his wife Paula DiFiore-Woods; and his sons, Anthony and Dominic.
