“Hello I'm so sorry for your loss. Billy was my first dispatcher at the R & L terminal in Canton 16 years ago. He was a great supervisor. Billy was very smart, a good worker, and attentive to the needs of all the employees. He will be missed by me and by many others as well. Billy was younger than me and I couldn't believe he was gone when I heard the news. He is in my thoughts and prayers. With deep sympathy to his family from John Noia.”
