He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip L. Smith and Viola P. Smith (Forkell); and his siblings, Michael Smith and June Ann Kivel. He is survived by: his wife Dianne J. Smith (Funaro); his children, Brittany P. Jamgochian (Mark) of Feeding Hills, Kyle T. Smith and Katie Croisetiere of Maricopa, AZ; his siblings, Valentine Smith of Pennsylvania and Phyllis Murtha (Steven) of Yonkers, NY; his grandchildren, Jahcee Smith and Chloe Jamgochian; and his nephews, Richard, Brian and John Kivel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
