He is survived by: his wife Iva Duval (Schmidt); his brother Bruce; his daughter Bethany Whalley; his grandchildren, Marissa, Summer and Tucker; his daughter Anna Johnson; his granddaughters, Aubreanna and Adalynn; his children, Danean Duval, Austin and Jason Duval; and his granddaughters, Joslyn, Allison and Analeigh.
