He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul H. Macsisak and Louise Macsisak (Witek); his wife Suzanne (Thrower); and his sister Peggy Stanton. He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia King (Christopher) of Westfield and Kathleen Brindle (Scott) of Longmeadow; his stepchildren, Robert Ayers of West Springfield, Ann Duris (Leon Cyr) of Southwick and Kathleen Williams (Gary Fearn) of Southwick; his grandchildren, Kristen Sgroi (Stephen Sqroi), Jeffery King (Kimbery King), Nathan King (Sabrina Bull) and Brooke Brindle; and his niece Irene Stanton. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
