He was predeceased by: his parents, John Scarfo and Frances Scarfo (Torrisi); his daughter Susan Hoey (Stephen); his granddaughter Kristen Allard; and his siblings, Dominic Artuso, Sadie Verani, Sam, Joe Scarfo and Pauline Barker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Marie Masciadrelli (David), Linda Szalankiewicz (Kevin) and Joann Caveny (Mark); his grandchildren, Stephanie Harris (Matt Boulanger), Lisa Kozik (TJ), Tina Mangan (Pete), Michael, Rachel Szalankiewicz, Devon and Sean Caveney; his great grandchildren, Jack, Lyla Harris, Mya, Mason Kozik, Cameron, Cole Allard, Madison and Michaela Mangan; his wife Marla; and his brothers-in-law, Roy Cavallon (Marla) and Roland Boissonault. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
