He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph McGovern and Helen McGovern (Cahillane); his brother Robert; and his sister-in-law Kathleen McGovern. He is survived by: his wife Janice McGovern (Cronk); his daughters, Julie Olearcek (Patrick) of Westfield, Jenny Frombach (Christopher) of West Hartford, CT and Jill Bascomb (Christopher) of Florence, MA.; his granddaughters, Caitlyn, Erin Olearcek, Emma, Courtney Frombach, Amelia, Ainsley and Adeline Bascomb; his siblings, Mary Ellen Walachy (Michael) of Westfield and Hubert (Patricia) of Westfield; and his sister-in-law Judy of Rochester, NY.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, dear friends.
