He was predeceased by: his father-in-law David Matyseck; and his stepfather Donald McLean. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Piper (Diane) and Joyce Piper-McLean (Martin); his wife Tracy A. Piper (Matyseck); his sons, Dustin J. Piper and Tyler D. Piper; his sister Karen George (Rick); his nephews, Seth, Nathan and Andrew George; his mother-in-law Sandy Matyseck; his brother-in-law Thomas Matyseck (Michele); and his nephews, Dominic and Franco Matyseck.
