He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Folta, (Fucci) and Frank J. Folta, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Rita Sevivas-Folta; his daughters, Kimberly M. Hall (Allyn) of Westfield and Deborah M. Florek (Jason) of Westfield; his grandchildren, Kaleigh, Amanda, Hannah, Frank and Zachary; his stepchildren, Steven Sevivas (Cheryl), Gary Sevivas (Alice) and Stacey Wikar (Michael); and his stepgrandchildren, Jessica, Paige, Nicholas, Christian, Sedona, Nolan and Aubrey.
