He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Carney (Johnson); his parents, Edward Carney and Mary Carney (Daly); his daughter Cindy Carney; and his brother Robert Carney.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Janie Comeau of Holbrook; his siblings, Kathryn White of Halifax, Mary O'Connell, Falmouth, Phillip Carney and Wareham; and his sister-in-law Dolly Carney of Whitman. He is also survived by many loving grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
