He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence "Larry" Kubicz of Massachusetts; and his significant other Amy Ducharme. He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Kubicz (Salli) of South Carolina; his children, Nathan Kubicz, Todd Kubicz Jr. and Sarah Ducharme; his grandchildren, Amerie and Andrew Nova; his sisters, Kristin Justice and Tammy Kulik; and his close friend Justin.
