Peck (Zongqi Xia) of Pittsburgh, PA, Nevin Edward Xia of Pittsburgh, PA. and Garrett; his close friend Carolyn Charette (West Springfield); his grandson Nevin Edward Xia (Pamela Epler) of Pittsburgh, PA; his siblings, Robert J. Peck (Jill Lewin) of Agawam, Dr. Deborah A. Peck of Somerville, Mary Abigail Peck (Lorraine Gray) of Roslindale, John Patrick Peck (Mary Jane Peck) of Milford and Richard A. Peck of West Springfield; his nieces and nephews, Tralice Peck Bracy (Robert Bracy), Jessie Peck, Eleanor Peck (Matthew Frey), Ryan DiLoreti (Suzanne Christie) and Skylar Peck; his extended family, Mahoney and Bucher; and also Garrett Charette of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by the many friends and relatives.
