Colon of West Springfield; and her siblings, Jose Manuel of Puerto Rico, Iovanni Baez of Springfield, Alexis Caballero of Hartford, Michelle Burgos of Hartford and Jazmine Torres of Hartford. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
