He is survived by: his children, David III (Jacqueline Gorman) of DeKalb, IL, Kathleen (Jonathan Lincoln) of Denville, NJ and Michael (Diane Gorman) of Dedham; his grandchildren, Colin (Chelsea), Caitlin Gorman, Matthew, James, Nathan Lincoln, Max and Graham Gorman; his sister Carol McA'Nulty (Donald) of West Roxbury; and his siblings-in-law, John Leahy (Dorothy) of West Roxbury and Mary Chamberlin (late John) of Princeton, NJ.
