We are sad to announce that on November 26, 2021, at the age of 79, Patricia Anne Melendy of West Boylston, Massachusetts, born in Holden, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley L. Parker and Dorothy L. Parker (Allen); and her brothers, Donald C. Parker and Gary L. Parker. She is survived by: her husband Norman R. Melendy; her children, Pamela A. Gaffney (Kevin) of Clarendon Hills, IL, Scott R. Melendy of Wakefield and April M. Melendy of West Boylston; her grandchildren, Kevin J. Gaffney and Abigael L. Gaffney; her brothers, Robert A. Parker (Carolyn) and Kenneth C. Parker (Rose Guzman) of Worcester; and her sisters-in-law, Carolyn Parker and Robin Parker. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
