She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond J. Smith; her brother Donald O. Cook; her cousin Mick Hill; her grandson Specialist Kyle Little; and her parents, Bernard P. Cook and Dora Cook (Allen).
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Silverman (Steven) and Shelley Smith; her grandchildren, Jessica, Matthew, Dakota and Shyanne; and her great grandchildren, Kylee and Luna. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
