She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Sefton and Urban Mulvehill, Sr.. She is survived by: her partner Kathy Swaim; her brothers, Urban, Jr. and Michael Mulvehill (Catherine); and her former husband Frank Culley. She is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
