She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Beninati Piscatello and Santo Piscatello; and her siblings, Victor, Tory, Joe, Rita, Angela, Gloria and Constance.
She is survived by: her husband Edward C. Slocum of Melrose; her children, Maryann MacNeil (Don Aubert) of Amesbury, MA, Nancy Slocum (Mary Ann Lanier) of Somerville, MA, Robert E. Slocum (Lorraine) of Newburyport, MA and Michael MacNeil of Quincy, MA.; her grandsons, Brian MacNeil of Reading, MA, Sean MacNeil of Brooklyn, NY, Matthew MacNeil of Sacramento, CA and Christopher MacNeil of Berkeley, CA.; and also Joan (James Leaman) of Cambridge. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
Memorial donations may be made in her name to The Friends of the Melrose Public Library, the American Lung Association, or St. Jude's Hospital.
