It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Shami of Wakefield, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 14, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Georgette (Bassaleh); his child Said J. Shami; and his sibling JeanD'ark Hindo. He is survived by: his children, Noel J. Shami, Therese Shami of Wakefield and Sherin Shami-Campbell; his siblings, Victor Shami, Mary Jamijian, Adel Arslan and Juliette Haddad; his grandson Dan Campbell; and his great grandchildren, Tyler and Isaac Campbell.
