She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Rand and Blanche Rand (Dolloff). She is survived by: her former husband George Fay; her husband John Holt; her sister Marilyn Healy; and her sons, Park Fay, Steven Fay and Wayne Holt. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
