Dodge (Susan) of Fairview, TN; her grandchildren, Laura Golden, Kevin Goscinak, Christopher Goscinak, Brian Goscinak, Jett Hembree and Sierra Hembree; and her great grandchildren, Robert P. Golden IV, Brayden M. Golden and Brooklyn Golden. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
