It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Joan Smith (Taunton, Massachusetts), who passed away on May 13, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Smith and Joan Smith; and her granddaughter Ashleigh. She is survived by: her husband James F. Biltcliffe Jr.; her children, Kristen Smith of Fairhaven, Melissa Biltcliffe and James Biltcliffe III of Swansea; her brothers, Thomas, Gregory of Taunton and Brian Smith of Dartmouth; and her grandchildren, Brianna and Rylie.
