He was predeceased by: his father Furtardo Diniz; and his brother John Diniz. He is survived by: his friend Colleen Santos; his siblings, George Diniz of Taunton and Isabelle Brewer of California; his niece Amanda; his nephew Jason; and his friend Rosemary.
