He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Dyke and Grayce Dyke (Suthern). He is survived by: his sons, Andrew and Adam; his wife Susan Perry; his daughters-in-law, Rachel and Katrina; his brother Brian; his niece Mackenzie; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Harold, Guinevere, Calliana and Donovan. He is also survived by his family and friends.
