He was predeceased by: his spouse Pauline H. Whittaker; and his sibling Ruth Roberts of Scituate. He is survived by: his children, Terie L. Diat (Jon) of New York, NY, Gregory R. Whittaker (Penny) of Stoneham and Suzanne L. Nolan (Robert) of Stoneham; his significant other Virginia Kelly of Stoneham; his sister-in-law Barbara MacArthur of Tampa; and his sibling Emily Finnie of Scituate. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
