She was predeceased by: her husband Richard C. Ruggles; her parents, Charles Reynolds and Bertha Reynolds (Carpenter); her daughter Jacqueline Mahoney; her grandson Ryan Donahue; and her sister Evelyn Richter.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Sakowich (Richard) of Chelmsford; her grandchildren, Leigh Jaynes and Erica Byrne; her great grandchildren, Brenna, Colin Byrne and Justin Donoghue; and her son-in-law John Mahoney.
