It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gregory Polanik (Southborough, Massachusetts), born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 26, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Grzegorz Polanik and Catherine Polanik (Kapulka). He is survived by: his wife Edna G. Polanik (Lewis); his daughters, Kathryn Clark (James) and Lisa Polanik (Ric Rutledge); and his grandsons, Andrew, Matthew Clark and Miles Rutledge. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
