She was predeceased by: her husband Harold W. Choate; and her parents, Americus DePasqua and Edna DePasqua (Valentine). She is survived by: her children, Rick Choate (Gail), Don Choate (Claire), Bob Choate (MaryEllen) and Laurie Morris (Steve); her grandchildren, Lisa Bisbee (Andrew), Matt Choate (Kim) and Mike Choate; her great grandchildren, Ava Bisbee, Tyler Bisbee, Emily Choate and Lyss Wisniewski; and her sister Barbara Ethier.
In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be given to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
