Russell M. Hillman Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2023, at the age of 93, Russell M. Hillman of Shutesbury, Massachusetts, born in Heath, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John O. Hillman and Florence Newton; his wife Claire Simone Hillman (Emond); his close friend Pauline Marguerite Brunelle (Miner); his son Russell Mark Hillman; his great grandchild Nathaniel Garcia-Brooks; and his stepgrandson Gabriel Mason.
He is survived by: his sister Flora Spencer of California; and his children, James Hillman (Mary) of Shutesbury, Lynn Chmyzinski (William) of Winchester, NH, Karen Brooks (Todd) of Montague, MA, Tina Magnan of Ware, MA and Cynthia Greene of Johnson City, Tennessee.. He is also survived by grandfather and leaves a legacy of 18 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
