It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sophie J. Shea of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 9, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John J. "Jack" Shea; and her siblings, Peter, Larry, Maurice Consiglio, Isabelle Stearns, Lena Grilla, Mary Kunigonis and Dorothy Fienen.
She is survived by: her children, Lynda McBride (Thomas), Susan Rapp (Daniel), John Shea and Tricia Shea; her grandchildren, Jennifer McBride Funk (Thomas), John McBride (Tory), Nicole Rapp (DJ Jackson), Timothy Rapp and Madison Shea; and her great grandchild Sloane McBride.
